The FEED brand is a culmination of passion, experience and sheer desire. It is a single-minded approach to providing the best product possible at its price-point. FEED products are for everybody, and that’s our ethos.

Before the first production FEED lure was even hand-carved we had spent over two years searching for the best craftsmen to work on our designs. Countless design prototypes and samples were run through these artisans before each model was ready to bear the name. It was a painstaking process but the results were worth it.

To be able to provide these awesome products to anglers worldwide at a non-exorbitant price was of utmost importance to us. It is something we can be proud of, having a properly made and finished work adorn an avid angler’s tackle bag without the need to charge an arm and a leg for.

So that’s what FEED represents – exceptional fishing tools for every angler.

Beyond that the FEED brand is proud to be a platform to showcase the abilities of these craftsmen who yield from this humble region, on top of creating a much-needed source of income for many who are less fortunate than ourselves.

Through our network of friends worldwide we are able to ensure all products go through a rigorous test program which leaves no stone unturned. Only then are they put into the line-up of products, to guaranty satisfaction and much enjoyment for anyone who picks one off the shelf.

Payment

We prefer and accept payment and credit card payment via PayPal.
Payment must be received in full before we can ship, no exceptions.
For multiple item purchases, please hold on payment until you have completed your item selection and combine orders in one payment for easy processing and tracking.
If you have any special requests on payment method and time, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Please allow 1-2 working days for processing orders. Most items will ship next working day of receiving a cleared payment. Please take into consideration weekends and holidays when estimating shipping time. All orders will ship out within 2-3 working days.

All import taxes and duties payable is the responsibility of the buyer alone.

 

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING BY NORMAL MAIL

Orders less than USD$100 will be shipped by normal airmail. Estimated shipping time for this service is about 3-6 weeks with no tracking number. Normal airmail shipping time is especially slow for countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Reunion Island, Israel, UAE, Turkey, All middle east countries, All Africa countries, Russia, Brazil, Mauritius, Guam, Fiji, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia and all of South America. For these countries, shipping time is estimated at about 6-8 weeks.

Customers who need their orders urgently, please purchase over the minimum values for Express shipping. Otherwise, please contact us to pay for Express service.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING BY EXPRESS SERVICES

To most parts of the world, orders with minimum value USD$100 will be shipped by Express services. We use both Fedex and DHL express Couriers depending on your shipping location.

Orders with minimum value USD$200 will be shipped by Express for countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Reunion Island, Israel, UAE, Turkey, All middle east countries, All Africa countries, Brazil, Mauritius, Guam, Fiji, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia and all of South America.

Customers with orders shipped by Express will receive your tracking information via email. Shipping time is usually about 1 week excluding customs delays and checks.

Shipping services may be subjected to change according to global situations.

Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure which group your shipping locations falls under or if you have any specific shipping requests.

MAILING TO AUSTRALIA

Orders with minimum value of USD$100 will be shipped via Express to most major cities. (e.g Sydney, Melbourne)

Cities that are more remote will be shipped via registered airmail. Shipping time for this service is 1-2 weeks with full detailed tracking status.

Customers with any doubts may feel free to contact us to check which service their order will be shipped with. (Please include your full address in your inquiry for faster and more accurate advice)

MAILING TO RUSSIA

Due to customs regulations, there will be no express shipping services to Russia.

We are also unable to ship rods into Russia due to this regulation.

All orders will be shipped via registered airmail. Shipping time is around 6 - 8 weeks.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Orders made on the same workday / over the weekend will be combined automatically and shipped in 1 parcel. Shipping method will be upgraded according to total combined order value.

Terms of Sales / Exchange

DAMAGED GOODS: Please contact us immediately to address any Shipping Damages.

RETURNS: FEED has a no questions asked returns policy. If you do not like what you bought for any reason, you can choose to return it for a refund or exchange for other goods of the same value within 7 days.

All returns must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. All shipping costs, taxes and duties back and forth will be the responsibility of the buyer. Replacements or refunds will be sent out only after returned goods are received and verified fit for resale.

In the event of returns due to our error, we will cover all the costs of these returns and any expenses related to making good your orders.

Customer Service

Our descriptions are as complete as possible. If you are unsure about a specific product or spot an error in our descriptions, please contact us right away and we will be happy to get you an accurate answer.

Buyers are deemed to have read and agreed to our prices and stated delivery time frames before buying. Please read carefully and ask any questions in order for a pleasant shopping experience.

If the price is not agreeable, do not send payment. Once payment is received, we would assume that buyer has agreed to the sale price for the related invoice. We do not accept requests for discounts, partial refunds, after the sale is over.

In rare instances when we are unable to deliver the purchased product for some reason, we will contact the buyer and try to work out a best solution, usually a refund or an exchange of goods depending on the buyer’s choice. In the worst case scenario, we will make a 100% refund including shipping cost and our obligations will end there. The worst thing that can happen is that you get your money back.
